It was my first time to a nail salon and it was an amazing experience, the people there were so helpful and kind to me. They helped me pick my colors out for the nails and went above and beyond with allowing me to do this type of details and the end result is stunning. Thank you so much for this time! Yesterday, I went to Grand Nail Spa because my neice suggested I go there to get my pedicure. When I walked in I looked at the prices and thought they were a little expensive, but when I sat down, I understood why the prices were what they were. Joe did my pedicure and it was nothing short of amazing. From the offering of margaritas, wine, and mimosas, to the royal treatment and care he provided while performing my pedicure, I was highly satisfied. I left feeling like I was walking on clouds. I am visiting College Station from Carbondale, IL but will definitely return. The only complaint I have is that there is not a Nail Spa like this where I live. I came to this place to fix a bad French manicure I received at a nail salon in Houston. This French manicure was unfortunately worse than my original one. When I was a student at TAMU, I came here often and service was always great. I haven’t been back in almost 2 years. When I came in, they sat me right away. I waited for about 15 minutes before a man gruffly sat in front of me and began working on my nails. I knew something was off immediately - he did not remove hardly any of my original shellac, he didn’t paint all of my nail with the polish (the edges were completely missed) and he free-handed the French. It looked like a Kindergartner did the white tips. I wouldn’t be surprised if this man has no cosmetology license or training, if I’m honest. I called over the manager and I waited about 15 minutes for a new person. The woman was kind and I was told she was their French expert. Needless to say, that wasn’t the case.
