Didn’t even end up getting a haircut here. Scott was extremely rude while checking us in. He made fun of my nephews last name which left him embarrassed and disheartened. He proceeded to very brashly ask several times what service was needed after we specified haircut on the sign in sheet and answering his question. He wouldn’t allow me to request a stylist and used a degrading tone during the interaction. Scott should not be in a role that interacts with customers if he has no discernment of social skills.
Great haircut & beard trim by Beth. Loved chatting with them and really enjoyed their company. Definitely would go back again.
Rude staff, did not let me in at 6:40pm whereas closing time is 7pm. Just one customer was getting a haircut and there were two of the hairstylists that didn’t care to entertain. Bye bye Supercuts!
