Sheena is awesome! Always friendly, easygoing and personable. I recently went to her for highlights and lowlights, and later realized I wanted more highlights. I contacted her, she got me in right away, and was happy to add a few more highlights. She always makes sure the customer is satisfied.
One of my best haircuts ever! Sheena was so wonderful, bubbly & fun to talk to. I wanted to cut off enough of my long hair to donate. Sheena told me about the Pantene program that accept 8" instead of Lock of Love's 10" of hair donation. I walked out of Lof feeling good and looking great for the Holidays! I had many compliments about my cut. Thanks Sheena! I will be back :-)
I was really looking forward to my first appointment with Sheena. However, 3 hours before my appointment, her sister called to cancel it because Sheena was sick . The sister said that she would call me to reschedule. I was disappointed, but understand that people get sick. I never got a call. The service might be great, but I will never know because the customer service is terrible.
