Thanks Ulta in Midlothian! I went to my own in Cedar Hill( no assistance from employees????????‍♀️)& the black, slim young lady there with the glasses &natrual hair was very rude after I had asked her to check the back for a couple of items,she came back with only one,I asked about the other again is wen she turned very defensive towards. I could had let her have it, instead i took my business elsewhere, thank GOD I did...wayy better service here& they held it for me til I arrived.

boyfriend got a haircut by ashley t vanlandingham. he had beautiful long hair and she chopped it all off and made the worst haircut i have ever seen in my life. she didn’t do absolutely anything of what was asked which was simply a tiny fix on his bangs to match the rest of his hair and a taper. he left looking like he aged 30 years. she cut parts of his hair so short that it looks like he’s balding in some places and he’s only 18!!!!! it was a complete disaster. we left the place with tears in our eyes from alll the progress in growing his hair just gone to the trash with a haircut. i am never one to write reviews or comment anything negative on anyone but the haircut was so unprofessional and atrocious that i just want to prevent it from happening to anyone else
