Katie is amazing I’ve been going to her for over 10 years and her work is consistent and I never walk out disappointed. Her eyebrow wax are 10/10! Highly recommend you make an appointment since she is always busy
I called in they said to wait 30 minutes, 30 minutes later I arrived they gave me a seat to get a pedicure, when that was done they told me since I didn't schedule an appointment I'd have to wait to till 6,(3hours). They did a great job on the pedi, just need to organize there schedule.
They were on the phone the whole time, didn't say excuse me or I will be right back. Smh. I was charged $55 for a reg pedicure shellac. I was in the chair 10-15 min after he got off the phone. The girl didn't know what to charge me, so she called the guy that left then didn't even tell me the price just swiped my card. It's not about the money but the lack of communication!
