Neff's Majestic Hair Studio

I came here for a perm and haircut and I’ve been getting perks regularly, however this was my first experience at Neff’s. After my perm was finished processing, my hairdresser took out the rods and brushed the roots of my hair. The whole purpose for getting a perm was to refresh the curls in my roots and now being a month later, my perm did not last around my roots. Because of this I’ll have to get another perm. When she has cut my hair it was very uneven all over, however it was hard to tell until after I left whenever I had tried to tie my hair up. I heard great things about this shop and Was hoping to get a better experience and if it was just the incident with the perm I wouldn’t have left a review but a botched haircut to go with it was just a waste of time and money.
