A week ago, I tried to become a customer of hers and she badgered/lectured me about why she couldn’t and refused. Long story short, I used henna dye a little over a year ago and called her about doing a strand test to see if I could lighten my hair again because I know that you cannot mix henna with bleach. She flat said “no. It’s still on your hair. Your would have had to chop yourself hair above your ears to get it off” And proceeded to lecture me about how once you use henna you have to wait A LONG TIME because the chemicals don’t mix. This went on for a good 10 minutes. TODAY I got balayage. I found someone willing to do what I was asking for and GUESS WHAT? Strand test worked, it was safe to bleach. I did not appreciate her rudeness towards me; belittling me with her “experience and credentials” like I didn’t know the situation I was in when I told her first thing that used henna.

My former hairdresser moved back to Italy. I was at a loss; thank heavens, I found Crystal! She takes her time and is exceptional with highlights, balayage and cuts. As a big believer in mini-trims and deep conditioning, she will fit a client in with ease. I work and the environment of her studio allows me to multi-task. I write this with hesitation…I don’t want her to be too booked up! :) Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting

Called her on accident trying to find another place, but with that alone I’ll know to never go to her. Very rude! I work in customer service so I understand frustration and what not, but something she needs to learn is to tone down the hostility. I was trying to schedule an appointment (again thinking it’s a different salon) and asked for a specific girl and her response in a very impatient tone “where do you think you’re calling?”, not you that’s for sure because the place I went to was much more professional.
