Asked for M.C.'s opinion and she said maybe shorten my bangs and lessen the weight of my hair. Usually when I hear that I think I'm getting layers. She asked if it was important for me to have a ponytail and I said yes. Didn't really communicate further. She cut off 5 inches of hair to give me an uneven bob, gave me straight bangs way above my eyebrows, and layers that aren't well incorporated with the rest of my hair. Walked out in tears and had to pay $40 for products and headbands to make this awful haircut look decent until it grows out. I regret not asking for Megan who seems to be the one who gets this place high ratings. First and last time going here.
It was a bit hard to find at first it was just tucked around the corner, but we found it. This is a small shop with amazing workers. They were quick and listened to our request. Highly recommend.
I enjoyed my visit to Alberts Hair Design very much. I received a great cut from Megan and will definitely return. Thank you!
