Ulta Beauty

I hate giving bad reviews, but ever since Ulta opened Ive never had a pleasant experience. I always gave the benefit of the doubt, but last year I was in there quite a while and no one bothered to come up to help, I brushed it off. However, today was just the day that did it. As I was looking straight at the wall looking for foundation, two employees decided to have a conversation in my line of vision. I guess that’s ok, but not once the came up to ask if I needed help. Then one of them decides that the other needed to touch her hand to see how the cream or oil was working on her hand. They decided to meet and stop right in front of me as one touched the other’s hands. Right in front of my line of vision towards the makeup. I made it clear they were blocking me, moved around and they didn’t care until they decided to keep walking. Not one sorry, no acknowledgment. Just horrible.

This team is amazing! I didn’t only get help by one, but three others as well. In top of that, they are very friendly and KNOW their makeup!

Hated the customer service, was in store in my sweat pants and not one rep asked if I needed anything, news flash my wallet in my purse has the money not my sweat pants ????. So we went to Sally's Beaty supply. Spent like 200 dollars on awesome makeup and nail supplies.
