I made an appointment with Laura since last week for today at 4:00 PM. She texted me to confirm, and I called yesterday to ask about guidelines and customers and she told me she had only scheduled two customers: one at 11:00 y one @ 4:00. I called twice before I arrived but she didn’t answered. I even texted her and she didn’t respond When I arrived at 2 minutes before 4. She was coloring another customer, told me that she was very busy, that if I wanted to wait. If she had answered my calls or texts, I would have rescheduled. I left. She was very unprofessional and rude.
They lady that does waxing for “ eyebrows “ does not respond to me . They gave me her personal number, and she declines it or let it ring . I’ve left Voicemails and she never responds back or calls back.
I've been coming here since I was in high-school, my best friends mom Linda has always done my hair. I've gone to other places just to see a different point of view, but I always end up back here to correct the mistakes..lol...
