Honestly I'm pretty okay with mistakes, hair grows back, but this was completely heartbreaking. I asked for a French pixie cut which isnt anything new or risky. And they left my hair completely choppy they insisted that is was because of my hairs texture and color. There were no apologies or warnings prior hair cut. I'm completely heartbroken.
Great customer service. Alma and Saby are wonderful nice ladies.
I give Sally's Beauty salon five stars prices are reasonable and they do such a great job on haircuts highlights and hairdos
