Critical: Professionalism, Value I wanted to be a golden blonde from the root , i was charged 375.00 for 19in of hair when half was already blonde . I was bleached then set a toner then set a golden paint all around , ok , color was ok. My issue was no dimension . I go back 2 weeks later & ,sylvia (owner) was understanding of my unhappiness with the job (so simple) and did not charge which was appriciated . Well i shouldint have even gone back. i end up w dark roots . I DID NOT WANT DARK ROOTS. Thats why i paid 375. To be a blonde from the root!!! ***LUSERO ***Did NOT customize my desires to what she knows what to do which is baylages. Thats her specialty. She is NOT a blonde expert. She does good highlights . But a full BLONDE ?! never again. My hair is ruined and 375$ to end up how i started . With DARK ROOTS.
