I am more than grateful to Poncho who did an AMAZING job on my hair. He was patient the whole time while working with my hair, he was polite and his service is by far the best I have ever experienced. He took my hair from black to a light beautiful brown. My first impression was Wow! Pancho is very welcoming and his team are awesome. The salon is clean, visually pleasing, and music is lively. You can expect to be treated with attention and receive positive results. Prior to services, they supply you with a black satin robe and offer a variety of beverages. They check on you often, to make sure you’re ok and if you need anything else/refill. With each client, they all work together to provide a full service experience. I’ve had a 2 hair treatments, a lash lift, mousy hair coloring, and a hair cut done. All with positive and beautiful results. Most recently, I had the pleasure of Melany working on my hair. Not only is she friendly, she achieved the look I wanted and within the anticipated timeframe. Also, they have monthly promos at a reasonable price. The team and experience at Backstage was amazing. The best experience at a salon ever. Pancho was welcoming, listened to what I wanted and did just the most amazing job on my hair!
