Nails Lux Spa

I have been going there for years! Even the previous owners were good to me. Jenny is creative and remembers how I like my nails done. I never have vreaks, chips, or flaws!

Exquisite customer service with a mimosa on the side!!! I love coming here every 2 weeks. Ladies, we're all aware that once you find a great hair stylist, doctor or nail specialist, you hold on to them for dear life! Lol. I'm very specific about quality and perfection because I work in an upscale fine dining restaurant. Jenny (one of the owners) does my dip powder nails and David does my gel pedicure/massages. These two are remarkable at what they do and I feel so lucky to have found them both. Everyone that works there greets me with a warm welcome and ask if I would like a mimosa every time I arrive. They know me so well:-) They also have bottled water, sodas, wine, mimosas, and I was told they're getting a margarita machine soon. The owners (husband and wife) really care about the guest experience and do their best to accommodate guests including squeezing me in last minute appointments. If you value, customer service and human decency, do not use this establishment. I literally walked in. Requesting a reshape in a cut down on my nails. There was with a tech who was cleaning up and then the other technicians were working on to other customers that were there. They said they were busy and then they couldn’t do it. They did not even offer me to wait it was we’re too busy, especially get out with their town that they had with me. Extremely rude. I would never come back over there ever again!
