Im going to stop going because everytime i go in there, i have expectations that i want a specific hair cut but everything i go these ladies just do whatever and complete ignore what you want and do what they want to do like today i got a hair cut today that i asked for specific taper fad and my beard i wanted a 3 and thats it, no this lady basically gave me a 1 all around and a 2 on my beard and just messed my stuff up , ook me 6 months to grow it out and for what.

Have always gotten a hyper nice haircut there. Highly recommend them.

These people are so rude and do not understand what an ombré is.If you don’t know how to do something, then say no. The hair came out fried and yellow. The lady then argued to say pay full price for damaged hair and leaving the customer unsatisfying. They either said to pay full price or to dye the hair back to the original color which she stated was black . Ridiculous to think that this was a good choice, as this was very unsatisfying. We were then told to leave and which it we were glad to do so . We had arrived at 9am on a Saturday and didn’t leave until 6pm that day. What a waste of day and time.
