I used to drive 60 miles to SA for haircut by my favorite Korean stylist. So happy I found this place in Austin and have Korean stylist, they are excellent and advance in their techniques! Only place I would have my haircut! Service: Haircut
Background: I have fine hair texture, not straight but kind of wavy and wanted more volume and fun. I have had a perm twice in the past ten years so it was waaay past due. Really loved my experience here! First timer at a Korean salon and really glad to have had reference pictures to what I wanted- turns out it was a spiral perm!!! Great experience highly recommend.
I struggled with going to normal hair salons since I have Asian textured hair which can be difficult to blend and it would end up looking choppy when I got layers but at Windy’s that’s never been an issue! They understand my hair texture and it always looks well blended. They are fast and efficient but the quality of the haircut is still good. I paid ~$50 +tip for a 3in layered haircut which I think is fair. They are my go to Asian hair salon in Austin and the ladies are all very nice.
