Crystal is such an amazing stylist! I wanted to change salons after some frustrating lack of communication and consistency with my previous stylist, and I am so thrilled with her color and cut skills. Throughout the whole appointment Crystal checked in with me before each step, swatched colors to make her they were exactly what I wanted, and made sure I was confident in each step of my hair being cut(which can normally be pretty scary when cutting 6+ inches off!). Penny knows just how to make anyone feel special! She really takes her time with you and makes sure you get exactly what you want.
