Kim did my balayage and it looks just like I wanted! So glad I found her, after trying two other stylists with no luck. She's really knowledgeable and professional. I always have trouble getting dimension in my dark hair, and the tones are never how I want them. From Kim's reviews I could tell she'd be able to work with me, and it turned out perfect! So I normally never write a bad review and I waited a week to see if the bangs would grow out or maybe it was in my head… But I frequently come into this salon to get my hair done for years. the last time I came I got my hair cut and dyed. I wasn’t feeling well and thought it might cheer me up but I’ve felt even worse about myself since. maybe I said something wrong I really don’t know but it wasn’t what I wanted or what I showed her a picture of what I wanted. the “root melt” she said we’d do didn’t blend with my original hair color, it was like cherry red roots with strawberry blonde ends (horrible) and I don’t even want to show a picture of that bc I hated it so much I washed as much as I could out with a clarifying shampoo. What I am really upset about are my bangs, they are crooked and lop sided and too short in the middle so I don’t even know how to fix this bc they’ll need to grow out to fix it. I feel like I look horrible, I hate it. :( and I’m not comfortable getting my hair d
