Love + Roots

It was my first time at Love and Roots and absolutely loved the location and vibe. I was contacted ahead of time to give me instructions and a heads up about parking, which I greatly appreciated! It was a very cute atmosphere and the staff was extremely warm and welcoming. I have gotten facials and waxing from Erika for a few years now and followed her to this spot. She performed a facial as well as eyebrow wax/tint and I loved every minute. She knew I wanted to relax but also wanted to focus on extractions and my face felt exponentially better immediately afterward. Erika is so knowledgeable and makes anyone feel welcome and pampered. Highly recommend!

Ruined my hair texture. Never getting my hair thinned out again. It’s a frizzy mess with gaps now. awful. I asked for my hair to be evened out. It was left rat like, botched, and even more uneven. I paid 100$ to half half my hair on the floor. Will be doing a chargeback for how awful they (the asian girl) left my hair

Erika is the best! So friendly, welcoming, and incredible at what she does. I have been a long-time client of hers, many years now. Wouldn't go to anyone else. My brows always look amazing. Plus just this week got a Green Peel. My skin is so smooth, brightened, and just what I had hoped for. 10 out of 10!!!!
