Vanessa cut my hair. First time visiting JCPenney salon and it was a super straightforward and easy experience. I booked my appointment online and went in later the same day. Also convenient to get shopping done afterwards!
I set an appointment online but they didn't have my appt. Maybe it was user error, though idk. A few weeks later I called and set an appt. Sasha did my hair so good! It's beautiful! I got an ombre cut and style!! Highly recommend. My advice is that if you set an appointment online just call to make sure you did it correctly. Despite that minor inconvenience, I am a 100% satisfied customer and will be back.
The salon is clean and staff is presentable. Marivel is one of the few that has been able to cut my hair as I want it (my hair is just not easy to work on). She is friendly and proffecional and will makes sure she is doing what you need. I will keep coming back. Service: Hairstyling
