I asked for an inch off but I ended up with a bob and it looked absolutely nothing like the reference picture. During the haircut they asked if I wanted a blow dry and I said no but they gave it to me at the end and charged me for it. I think they gave it to me because they knew the hair did not turn out good and they wanted to style it to make it look better. The person was very nice but I don’t think I’ll go here again. I do not recommend coming here if you have curly hair or if you want your hair dyed. My hair dye-ing process went an extra 2 hours over and was still rushed to finish, despite only dying the ends and around my phase. Additionally, she washed my hair with shampoo TWICE and did not put in any curl-safe conditioner/oils throughout the entire process. Thankfully, after.I asked twice, she put some oils in to help the frizz. The color is not even all the way around and there was no toner (or any hair safety product) used during the bleaching/coloring process. My colored hair went from red to orange within a week. I've used only color safe conditioner the 2 times I have washed my hair over the past 9 days. I also have been staying out of the sun. In sum, I do not recommend this place for color or curly haired people.
