Great Clips

I should have known when I walked over to the "stylist" who said in barely understandable English, "WHAT NUMBER?!" pointing to her messy little pile of plastic combs for her clippers that obviously hadn't been cleaned, to which I responded, "No, I want a scissor cut, short, off the ears, hairline in the back, at least halfway up the forehead, and stop when it starts standing up on top." She sits me down, and chop, chop, chop about ten times with the scissors and blew me off with a blow dryer like she was done. "No, that's not even and not short enough; look." pulling up strands to show how wrong it is. Chop, chop, chop. "No, see how my bangs are all ragged and this side is twice as thick as that side?" Chop, chop, chop. Eventually it got short, but still looks like a hack job. As I was heading back to the register I looked around and noticed there was not a cosmetology license to be seen anywhere, and certainly not at this woman's station. I realize that it's hard to find help

Highly recommend Paul!! I have very thick hair, so most people just start ripping or getting their clippers stuck etc. Paul was absolutely the best I think I have ever had. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted!

If I could give 0 stars I would! This was a very bad experience! I took my 3 year old daughter for a haircut and the lady kept getting mad at my daughter for moving and not following instructions instead of trying to be patient because she is 3!! I was also helping by holding my daughter’s head so she wouldn’t move as much but the lady would still keep getting mad and kept complaining from her moving even if it was just an inch. When we left she didn’t even say bye or anything she just turned around and left. I tried calling to speak to a manager and they just told me to call in 3 days! Awful experience! I don’t recommend this place at all!
