I had an amazing first visit with Tammy today! I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she gave me some suggestions based on the current state of my hair. Five hours later and I am absolutely thrilled with the highlights and cut! Salon is great. Fair pricing. Everyone made sure I was comfortable throughout. I couldn’t have asked for more. I had Japanese hair straightening done at this salon by Tammy. Tammy and her team were very sweet and thorough. I had done hair straightening in Japan, Korea and Taiwan before, and I know my hair isn’t the easiest type to deal with. Since I just moved to Austin and was worried about finding a trustworthy salon to straighten my hair, turns out Tammy did a great job, I am very satisfied with the result and I highly recommend Tammy and her team! I never do bad reviews, but after the experience I had here, I made an exception. This experience has cost me much more than it should ???? Around a month ago I booked a consultation for the Japanese straightening and haircut with Tammy and a Balayage with Tanya, however Tanya ended up being the one touching my hair, definitely WORST decision ever! I wish I would have chosen hair straightening and haircut with Tammy, she was super nice, sweet and informative but since I wanted to have a Balayage done I could only pick one of those to not damage my hair, so I went with Balayage. Tanya seemed like she wasn’t having a good day maybe? Or probably she didn’t like me, I’m not sure. I get this same exact type of haircut done every year and I’ve gone to different salons and I always get exactly what I want done, but not this time.
