Cost Cutters

I would give negative stars if I could. I want to tell others how brutal our experience was in the Salon. I went with my 6yr old daughter who has wavy hair to get a hair cut. The Asian lady in the salon spoke very rude to me and said , I don't have time to detangle the hair. it is not our job, even though its her job. Doesn't she know if you wet her hair and put some leave in conditioner, its easy to detangle. My little girl got very scared. I had to switch the hair dresser at that point to Brittany and Brittany did an awesome job and a darling too. If you don't know to handle all kinds of hair , I don't know how you can become a hairdresser. I have never experienced such rudeness in any hair salon in my entire life. Be aware if you have a wavy or curly hair and want to get haircut at this place, especially if you have kids you don't want to go there, because she is gonna scare them out and give nightmares. The asian stylists are rude in this location. They never are ready for any questions before/during/after the cut. We use this as it is our neighborhood salon and to keep them in business. These stylists act like they don't care for our support. Service: Haircut

I've been using this Cost Cutters for 3 years now. The stylists are friendly and do an excellent job of cutting your hair. They cater to mostly men. However, they do women's cuts and color as well. There is a huge parking lot in front shared with several businesses, but there is always plenty of parking. The next time you need a haircut, stop by Cost Cutters at Avery Ranch and ask for Eva or Kiddy; you might just might become a fan!
