I have 14 years with Aisha’s salon. They’re do great job. Thank you ladies ????????.
Upon arrival, we were not greeted. I looked around and a hairstyle who was busy, which is understood. However she didn’t acknowledge us nor did she ask us what we needed. I then asked if we needed to sign in or just have a seat. She then told us to have a seat. We instead left. To me, that is bad customer service. I work medical but even there - customer service is a priority. Customer service is super important to me.
Always a great haircut and never a long wait. I’ve been getting my haircut from Maria for 25+ years and I’ve always been a happy customer. Service: Haircut
