This place has terrible customer service. The technician acted like she didn't understand when I said clearly none off in the middle and keep eyebrows thick like hers were. I came out the chair with thin 90s brows and have been growing them back ever since. I had very thick brows to start with so I wasn't asking for a miracle. Not to mention their prices are double their local competitors. Never going back! Service: Eyebrow threading

I used to come here all the time for 3 years to get my full face waxed and for the past couple of months, every time I walk in, employees seem so stressed and overworked. They don’t even greet you anymore. They just give you a look like “ugh more people.” I will not be coming here anymore. SOI either get more staff or pay your employees better!

I’ve never had my eyebrows threaded before so my sister took me here and IM ADDICTED. Manju did my eyebrows and I’ve been back to her about 3 times already. She’s the only one I let thread my eyebrows. I can come at any time and don’t have to wait long for service. If you need your eyebrows threaded I highly recommend you go to Manju! LOVE her!
