I love this nail salon. I have been going here for the last two years. But this was the first time I was overly disappointed. I worked with Abby who wasn't very friendly and even though I stated to her three times to do my nail tips (for gel mani), she ignored me and didn't do it. My nails chipped the NEXT morning, and I went back to the salon. She was so unhappy to see me, I could tell from her expressions (very unprofessional!). She ended up fixing my two nails, the manager even explained to her and showed her how to do the nail tip of the nail but again she didn't follow the direction. At the end, she left a bubble/thread in one of the two nails she fixed. I even told her there's a bubble/thread and she pretended to remove it. I ended up giving up and spoke to the manager and left. Again, I love this salon. But I'd never go back to this specific nail tech because she wasn't customer friendly and didn't really care about perfection. Service: Gel manicures

I’ve been coming here for years, and they have the most amazing management and staff. They are all like family. I see Alex for my nails and Ann for my pedicures. I love my nails every time I walk out of the salon. Some of the best nail designs in DFW. I’m a huge Disney fan and the girls always hook me up with the most amazing freehand artwork!

Left the salon with uneven filed acrylic nails, nail polish all over my fingers but not fully on my nails, textures nail polish, and a black speck on one nail. I wouldn’t visit if you are doing anything acrylic. I spent an additional 30 min explaining how I wanted the nail evenly filed on top. A went in for a acrylic fill and polish and it took 1.5 hours.
