Coming in hot here, haha. Buckle up! To sum up my hair story, I had a "hair nightmare" (no like really, think a whole head of LA Lakers/Barney purple hair + not in a cute way), about 8 years back on what was my extremely long, thick, healthy, voluminous, virgin blonde hair. To fix this, my hair has to be bleached for the first time in my life. As you can guess, it destroyed my hair + I've virtually not touched it since. Not so much as a trim in hopes of healing my hair + getting my very beloved "security blanket/mane back". I've searched for YEARS to find someone local that energetically I felt I trusted. Who just "felt right", if you will. The lovely Isabel at Harper Ash Slaon is absolutely that person. I had reached out to other stylists all over the Nashville area, admittedly with a little bit of dread, to book something in the case I wasn't able to get in with Isabel in the time frame I was looking to book. Harper Ash is the best salon! Very clean and friendly staff. Kayla is my AMAZING stylist and she makes me look and feel absolutely beautiful! My hair is dark and very curly and the humidity has been challenging for me since moving here. Kayla’s expertise in color and different hair textures is exactly what I was looking for. My highlights are perfect and never brassy. She also trims my layers perfectly, so I can wear my hair curly or straight anytime. I wouldn’t trust my locks to anyone else. Kayla is awesome!
