Encore Salon Nashville

I bought a groupon for 60 dollars that included full highlights and a haircut. When I got there I was told that to do get brown highlights it would be an extra 50 dollars because they would have to add toner in my hair. The whole haircut and highlights was only 60 but just for adding some toner it would be 50 extra dollars?! It was ridiculous. I said I didn't want to do that and they told me that they would do it without the toner then and it will probably look bad. My highlights turned out blond when I asked for brown and they did look bad. I went to the store straight after the appointment to get hair dye and fix it myself. They were very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

Wonderful experience! Love the extra care and attention to detail. But my favorite part is the hot towel and massage. It really adds the relaxing touch that makes me feel better before I leave. Service: Manicure
