My girlfriend had the worst experience ever. She went in for a high-lite and a cut. The operator Devon didn't know what he was doing.. fried portions of her hair off, turned it green and some parts orange. During the next few weeks her hair continued to break off. The whole experience was so bad, another stylist at the salon, stepped in and attempted to salvage her hair but my girlfriend was told that she needed to let her hair grow out and become healthy again before anything could be done with it. I couldn't believe they charged her almost $200 to damage her hair and act like all of that was okay. We spent over $200 in professional products over the next few months trying to revitalize her hair. Then another $200 to another salon to straighten it out. They said we should have sued them. 5 months later it's just to the point of being healthy and vibrant again. A huge insult came from the manager when she offered to sell their product line to repair her hair at a 10% discount. Really

Element is such a good vibe but Jonathon especially tops the place off. He takes his time and really tries his best to give you the best haircut/coloring you’ve ever gotten. He wants you to walk out of there confident and happy with the way your hair looks. I appreciate Jonathon and this place a ton. I would definitely recommend. Service: Haircut
