I loooove Sharlinda!!! Makes my hair look beautiful!!

I’m just so upset. I went to this salon based on reviews because I was new to the area. The first time I went they didn’t do a bad job but they did the opposite of what I wanted. I asked for a balayage and showed a picture and I straight up got highlights. I didn’t want a lot of color on my roots which is why I wanted a balayage. I confronted the hairstylist about it and was told that I did get a balayage and that was the type of style it is even though I showed a specific picture. I decided to go back because I thought okay maybe they can fix it. Nope. Parts of my hair are orange. I have now spent almost $500 at this salon and still don’t have what I want. I don’t have that type of money to be spending on things that don’t turn out well. Now I have to find somewhere and get it fixed or go through these next couple of months with orange hair. Don’t recommend.
