Lovely Nails Salon

This was the worst nail shop I have ever been to.They were so rude. They did my nails and laughed at it after like I just wasn’t sitting right there. After I asked for my money back they said they can’t give it back to me. After I asked them to remove it instead they said it was 10 dollars to remove it. On the price list it said the nails cost 22 dollars and they charged me 30 which was insane.After all that they were laughing even more even after I asked them to stop laughing. DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON. 0/10 I don’t recommend. HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUDE PEOPLE. Service: Manicure

Very bad customer from the man that works there, wants to argue with customers if not happy with how he does your nails. Told me I had to pay before he fixes them that’s very bad service and I definitely will not be returning. Very bad attitude to be running a shop and not very good at doing nails people only go cause they are never busy. Very rude. The wife tried to fix his mistakes but still walked out unhappy with service

They are ver unprofessional. No one spoke when you walk in. I sat there for 25 min before they acknowledged I was there for service. I only came in to get 1 nail repaired. They refused to service me because I had my nails done somewhere else. I’m from not Memphis and was trying to get a nail repaired that broke. I just I have to go back to home to LA to get my nail repaired. RIDICULOUS!!
