BEWARE prices listed on their in house menu are not correct and they don't tell you this upfront!! Also they were offering free threading with ALL facials(per their posted sign). They did not want to honor this because I received an express facial which they verbally stated AT CHECKOUT was not eligible. Again, they did not mention this and it was not notated on the posted sign. As the customer, how in the heck was I supposed to assume 'ALL Facials' did not include the express but only apply to 'FULL Facials' as if that's common knowledge. I demanded that they honor their sign and update the sign and to inform customers of their ACTUAL prices prior to their services so we are not blindsided at checkout. This is bad business practices. I will not return to this establishment. Dishonest and they were very rude when I expressed feelings about their miscommunication as a customer.

She's a skilled stylist who always delivers phenomenal results. The entire shop exudes warmth, thanks to the friendly and sweet women working there. While everyone is fantastic, my go-to is Sapna. Stop by and treat yourself to the amazing experience!
