Paradise Nails & Spa

Came in for a quick manicure. Train, was the nice lady who helped me but unfortunately, she did something out of the ordinary that I've never seen. Instead of using a stand for my wrists to lay on she used a round hard container to set my right wrist on as she worked on my nails. I have issues with my wrists as it is. My right wrist is currently in pain. Use your own discretion when coming to get your nails done at this location.

Rude, need to understand cultural diversity and inclusion. I used to go there until I missed an appt and came back and the nail tech said no more appts or service wow. It Shocked me! I missed one and been going there for years. It actually sadden me because I support small business owners and unfortunately me and my 4 sisters will no longer be costumers anymore really ???? I am currently a small business owner and they need to improve on welcoming customers and updating the building inside out, and a new paint job! Good luck !

The worst nail experience I have ever had. The staff was rude and the daughter and mom talk behind the costumers back all they care about is $ Kroger across the street nail paradise has excellent service and it's CLEAN. THEY NEED to put money into there store it looks and run down all it needs a paint job and new equipment
