Serenity Nails

I am super impressed with the hand painted snowflake design my nail technician performed today during my sip manicure! She was very sweet and attentive to what I wanted. My only complaint is that I arrived at opening and no one was there. Staff strolled in about 5-15 min later. Services: Nail art, Dip powder

Honestly, I am always amazed that I come back. Each time I make an appointment they end up taking me at least 30 minutes after and then rushing to get back on time when I went in tonight I asked for an acrylic fill with a design on one finger. Not only did I not get the design but the the nails are extremely bumpy. After the design didn’t work, he painted over it instead of trying to take it off. Overall I am very unhappy with the service and will definitely not be coming back. Service: Acrylic nails

This was my first time here. I got a full set and a pedicure. The staff was super friendly. It's hard to find a place that will do stiletto nails as sharp as I like, and let me tell you. These babies are SHARP and CENTERED. The nail tech actually took time to make sure they were centered perfectly. I was a little wary because of all the reviews for bumpy acrylics, but mine are perfectly smooth and shiny! I also got a pedicure and I love their massage chairs, they cleaned the bowl and used a liner which is unfortunately hard to find. All of the pedicure equipment was brand new and single-use. All of these scrubs and sponges we're brand new and pre-portioned. Very sanitary!! Overall I'm highly impressed and will definitely be coming back!
