Serenity Nails

I had to have my toes redone 2x (should have been 3 but left due to no real acknowledgment after being told to go sit in a chair.) First time, they were lumpy- seemed like polish was running out so they ended up redoing with a different color. After sitting under the dryer with second color done, was told toes were dry and okay to leave, not the case. Came back after walking to car and 4 toes were ruined. Let them know toes we’re ruined - sat in a pedicure chair for 10-15 mins for someone to fix (with no real acknowledgment) but had to leave and will have to redo at home. Nails are uneven, heels are just as rough as they were when I went in, they didn’t scrub them? I thought maybe things changed and that wasn’t part of the package I got - not the case. They left dip all around my nails and I didn’t receive any curricular care if fingers or toes. I do have photos of service I received, and honestly should not have paid/ tipped. This was my first time here. I got a full set and a pedicure. The staff was super friendly. It's hard to find a place that will do stiletto nails as sharp as I like, and let me tell you. These babies are SHARP and CENTERED. The nail tech actually took time to make sure they were centered perfectly. I was a little wary because of all the reviews for bumpy acrylics, but mine are perfectly smooth and shiny! I also got a pedicure and I love their massage chairs, they cleaned the bowl and used a liner which is unfortunately hard to find. All of the pedicure equipment was brand new and single-use. All of these scrubs and sponges we're brand new and pre-portioned. Very sanitary!! Overall I'm highly impressed and will definitely be coming back!
