I'm new to the area and was long overdue for a trim. I called to set up an appointment and was able to get booked in a reasonable amount of time. The staff  was very welcoming and offered coffee upon arrival. I got my hair washed and long hair trimmed. The following day I mistakingly thought my hair was uneven.  I stopped in to speak with the person who trimmed my hair to see if I could schedule a new appointment. She wasn't in, as I had arrived a little before closing.  I was able to leave a message with someone at the front explaining that my hair was uneven and would like to even it out.  I received a call from the staff the following day.  He apologized and offered a hair treatment free of charge. I went back to the salon and both stylists working took a look and assured me my hair was in fact even. I apologized for my mistake and declined the free hair treatment. The staff insisted that I receive the free treatment that they had offered. They did a wonderful job and were so swee
