I wanted a hair cut that I had on my phone. So I went up to the lady and showed her the photo and she said that yes she can do it. But not even 5 minutes in she said that I was done and my hair was long when I got there also. So I thought that she was a quick worker. Till I went out with one of my son to buy something while my other son was still getting his hair done. When we were shopping my older son said that did you get a hair cut or just shaped it just a little. Then I thought that she did not do her job, so I told him to take photos of my head and see if it was the same as last time. He said no at all. So I went back and showed the manager the photo of my shelf that I took last time cause I liked it. And even the manager said that it was not the same. Then after all that the nice manager said to fix it to what I wanted, and I said ya sure. Cause they were the same just like when I got there before. So the manager was nice but that lady was not and I want her to know what people

Absolutely terrible quality. Barbers seem to lack knowledge in common measurement skills. I’ve had my hair cut here regularly for a year and I keep going back hoping they will get it right. You ask for a half inch cut off and you leave with a buzz cut. I would not recommend especially if you have longer hair. Will not be going back. Service: Haircut

I have gotten my hair cut here a few times and it isn’t bad, but not great either. My big issue is just the wait. You will have a multiple hour wait so you must check in online, but not because they are so busy but bc they are slow. My wait time online is very different than reality every time. It also jumps around a lot. I made the mistake of going during my lunch break, I had an original estimate of 90 mins, that turned into 2 and 1/2 hours. Why? Only 2 of their 5 staff were cutting hair so although I was only 3rd in the waitlist, I had to leave after an hour of being in store from my estimated arrival while 3 stylists just sat in the back chatting not doing anything. It is a frustrating place. If you can get lucky and time it right with the crazy wait times, then not bad but most of the time just good luck..
