I took my daughter to Ulta in Hendersonville to purchase items with gift cards she had received for Christmas. Sarah Ladd is the associate that helped her. Sarah was very knowledgeable about the products Ulta carries and which ones would be great for her skin type. I also purchased foundation and concealer. I had no idea what I needed, but Sarah was very helpful and helped me pick shades that would blend nicely with my skin tone. I would definitely recommend visiting Ulta and having Sarah help you.

Disappointing Experience at Ulta Beauty - Benefit Brow Bar I recently had a scheduled appointment at Ulta Beauty for the Benefit Brow bar with Sarah, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. My appointment was set for 2:30, and though I was a few minutes behind due to parking issues, the lack of professionalism and courtesy I encountered upon arrival was disheartening. When I approached the brow bar, Sarah was already with another customer. I waited patiently for her attention, but when I finally got a moment to inform her of my 2:30 appointment, she seemed uninterested and indifferent. Instead of promptly addressing the situation, Sarah casually strolled over to the salon, presumably to confirm my appointment time. To my surprise, she returned to continue servicing the other customer without acknowledging my presence or offering any explanation. Okay, I've been shopping at this location for about a year now. I don't want to be mean here, but customer service at this location is hit-or-miss. I hate going in here alone or just with my kids- so uncomfortable. The staff is mostly pretty snobby. Sometimes checkout goes well and I'll run into really sweet employees at that point, but for the most part, staff comes off as judgmental, condescending, preoccupied, etc. If you ask for help (because it's definitely not going to be offered), it's pretty clear you're just inconveniencing them. I like that Ulta runs decent sales and has okay/satisfactory selection in general, but I try my hardest not to actually go into this store anymore unless my husband is with me because it's just so awkward. Also, no curbside pickup? There are curbside spots taking up space in the lot but every time I've ever ordered something for curbside pickup I end up having to go into the store to get my items. That's not super convenient for me because I try not t
