Giggles & Glam Salon

We took our 17 month old son here for his first haircut. The check in process felt scattered and rushed. We were even confused at where we were supposed to go and sit our son. Our son sat very still and watched Bluey on the TV. The cut was just poor and felt like the stylist was ready to be done after a few cuts of his hair (he had very long hair and needed a good cut and fade) When she finished, we ended it because it was just a horrible job. (crooked, not layered correctly, and very uneven) After we finished and walked to front it took over 10 mins for them to check us out. 2 girls at the front were “working on” cutting the picture to put on his certificate and instead of actively working or telling us what was going on, they were talking about sending TikToks to someone and telling stories. They took our payment and asked for a tip. Then they said we were all set and “have a good day” Did not offer a balloon or sucker (like the description says) so we took a dumdum sucker and walked

It was just an okay experience. First, the young lady doing everything coughed the entire time. My daughters toes did not dry and the big toes were wiped away but we didn't notice until we got to the car. The chocolate facial was not worth the $30 price. It was nothing special and it made my daughters face red, probably from the scrubbing trying to take dried chocolate off. It was my 8 year olds birthday and she enjoyed most of it but most definitely not a $100 experience for an hours worth of time. I could take her to a real salon for cheaper.

We took my 2 girls here to get their bangs trimmed and to check the place out since my oldest is having her birthday there next month, the 2 ladies cutting their bangs we're so great with my kids and made it such a good experience for them! We'll definitely be regular customers from now on when they need cuts!
