I moved here 7 years ago, and have been going to Penny ever since! It's hard to find a good stylist, but she is fantastic! You won't be over-charged, and you won't be disappointed! Seriously, she's great. Definitely the best stylist I've had!
I've gone to Penny for many years now, she does an EXCELLENT job. I've never had a haircut as good as she gives. She charges a reasonable price and always gives a great even cut. I send all my friends to her when they need a new stylist. Go see her!! You won't be disappointed!
