Gould's Salon Spa - Germantown

Had gone there since it’s a franchise. Was expecting,at the least, a decent outcome. My moms hair didn’t look good (style) and her highlights were not evenly put in. The color was also faded in random spots. Overpaid for the service and quality. I got a cut and style. Pretty basic. Might as well have gone to great clips. It would have been less money for the same quality ????.

Crystal is a miracle worker! After a recent traumatic experience with my hair, Crystal came to the rescue and transformed a terrible hair experience into a shining one! I’m so thankful for her patience, grace and her willingness to fix mistakes that she did not make. Crystal was extremely accommodating and definitely made sure to communicate step by step how she thought she could help me after I told her how unhappy I was. I feel like she always makes me feel at home and communicates with me while she is doing it and why. She turned this pumpkin back into a Cinderella for sure. Crystal shines as bright as her name.
