Rude owners, very rude and Arrogant owners. They want you to make appointments , which is normal, and understandable, but when you get there they size you up from your head to toe and ask you questions as if you just walk in without an appointment. Wait it gets better during the manicure and pedicure. Whatever she exfoliate from your feet and fingers she shows you and said look you have a lot of cheese. Insult upon injury. The point of coming in for a Spa manicure and pedicure is to get clean. If you can’t do it just turn the customer back instead of making them feel a lesser of a person. Then I saw something that says Herbal manicure, and pedicure . I asked what does it entail. The reply I got was it costs too much. Wow! Nail polish is old , they refused to replenish their stock. The results you get depends on her mood. If she is feeling good you might a bit of a service. If she is feeling bad. Your manicure and pedicure will be mediocre.

Fast, accurate & thorough. Its bit of a drive from where I live but is well worth it. Shop is always clean & service good. I'm usually done in about 15 min for a refill & 30-45 for refill & pedi. I simply love the services I've been getting there. Also you can call ahead of time & your spot will be held when you get there. Now that's service.

There is one lady there name Lin. I hope I am saying her name right, but she did an excellent job. I was going to go to another nail shop which is more expensive but I changed my mind because I know they do great nails here and they had room for me. I am so happy I did. I usually let David do my nails, he is great also but today Lin was available. She gave me what I have been asking so many nail technicians but none of them could do it. I was her last customer and she treated me like I was her first customer. When I do something I try to make sure I do a great job because it represents me. Many nail technicians do not care about there work. All the technicians are great at this shop. There is also a younger guy there, I do not know his name but he is great too. Try them out they are great. Other shops give you champagne which I don’t drink and charge you more just for the look of the place. This is a great shop!!! Service: Acrylic nails
