Pastille Salon and Spa

I had the sweetest girl do my eye lash extensions here but noticed the next morning that a lot had fallen out. I was told to wait a week then come in for a fill that I may or may not be charged for. By the time a week had passed all of the lashes had fallen out and I was told I could pay half price for a new set of lashes and that a refund wasn't an option! Considering I paid $150 plus $25 tip for the lashes that only lasted a few days, it was kind of a slap in the face to be told I would have to pay again at all. I have gotten my lashes done some where else that lasted 3 weeks before I needed a fill, I was trying out a more expensive place (Pastille) hoping they used better glue because the amount of glue was my only previous issue with the last place. I know now you don't always get what you pay for, Pastille was double the price and lasted less then half the time!!! This place seems to be more worried about money than customer satisfaction.

Didn't love the experience. I have gotten my hair done 20 times at places half this price and been estatic when leaving. Here I was just eh. She didn't even style my hair and for the price I paid I expect to be running out the door taking selfies. I have thick hair and I know it's hard to do things with it, but even when I went to flipping great cuts they would straighten it and make it not pooffy. Color looks okay though ????

I went to see Mia to have my eyebrows microbladed. I cannot rave enough on how well she did. Her perfectionism is proudly displayed on my face! I will continue to visit Pastille for all my salon needs!
