My sons hair cut was unbelievably bad. When I called to speak with a manager, the receptionist was as equally unskilled and add disrespectful. I was told there was not a manager on duty but someone would call me back. Of course, no one called me back...shocker. If you chose to deal with this level of unprofessionalism and lack of trained employees, be prepared to shave your own head right after.
Hair stylist was rude and wanted to argue. Smart mouth. I have been going for years, never seen her there before. Won't go back. Went there for a haircut and not to listen to her insolent remarks.
The receptionist is so friendly and always smiling. The stylists Sam and Casey I have had are great. Need more up to date products for customers to purchase.
