Beyond amazing experience today at Mira Nail Bar! I am so impressed with Eric (acrylic full set) and Jennifer (pedicure). They were both extremely kind and courteous. What stood out the most is how they really took their time to produce quality. I am super particular about my shape and the way my nails are polished. I only had to tell them ONCE what I wanted and they OVERDELIVERED! Plus, the volcanic pedicure was luxurious and so relaxing, especially after a long work day. Everything from start to finish was simply superior. They’ve definitely gained a new customer today. This nail salon is a hidden gem! The quality of service is top-notch, and the staff are warm and welcoming. The attention to detail is impressive, and the prices are very reasonable

I typically do not leave reviews but today I was highly disappointed. I went to the nail shop about 12 noon to get a pedicure with gel polish and I tried the gelx full set on my nails. After my nails were done, I just did not like them but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Around 4 o’clock I decided to give them a call to tell them I was just not satisfied and ask if they could just remove the nails. I went to the shop while the lady was taking them off she looked at the nails funny because she knew they were not done right. When I asked her if this is typically how it is supposed to look she said no, it looks like he should have put the flat nails on versus the nails that you have on now. She said that she could do them over for 50% off mind you, I just paid exactly $110.70 for my services a few hours ago. So why would I pay money again especially when the person that done them did them incorrectly. I asked about the manager and they just kind of ignored and spoke in their languag
