Had a pedi, and full nail set. Pedi was just ok. One of my toes got red and sore all around the nail. Nails were crooked, polish was sort of lumpy . You could see my own nails underneath on both sides of the nail tips on 4 fingers. Employees were nice. Salon was beautiful.
Great service and friendly staff. Did my nail exactly like on the photo I showed them???? Drove all the way from Chattanooga and wasn’t disappointed at all. Will be back
Love this place! Great people, nice workplace very clean, awesome employees. I would recommend this nail spa to anyone. I’ve been all over Cleveland and so far utopia is the best for sure 10 out of 10. Services: Nail art, Acrylic nails, Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure
