I love love love this place. The only drawback to being so good at their job is that they stay busy. I'd suggest calling ahead and making an appointment cause the ladies here are in high demand. They know what they're doing and I have never left dissatisfied with my hair. Came clear across town just to get my hair done with them

If you go, which I suggest you rethink, do not chose Dena or however her name is spelled. Very rude and inconsiderate to her clients. My 16 year old went in with a picture and was nervous about the hair cut. She did what she wanted rather than asking for his input or listening when he tried to voice an opinion. She told me he barely spoke because she didn't give him a choice. He finally gave up and asked her to stop before it was done. When I addressed she denied everything and was extremely rude and told me "oh well". She might need to consider a different field. And corporate needs to watch some video of how she treats clients.

I went for a cut and color. Kelsey was my stylist. My color turned out pretty. My cut is cute but I did have to touch up my neck on my own later at home. It was left prickly around my hairline and was causing discomfort. I was very dissatisfied with the cost! I am uploading a picture of my receipt. I was charged $11.00 for my hair to be blown dry and $3.59 for some styling gel on my curls. I did not leave a tip because I was charged $95.24 after all was said and done. It was too expensive. The $11.00 blow drying and $3.59 for styling gel should have been explained to me PRIOR to being done. Also, I ended up "styling" my own hair after Kelsey cut it. I had to ask for a pic and a small curling brush there to fix my bangs and fluff my pixie bob cut before leaving because my hair didn't look right the way it had been left. I wasn't very happy with my visit but I am glad my color turned out well and my cut fairly well. I won't be recommending anyone to them due to the "hidden fees" of blow
