Had appointed with Michael. Drove an hour to his shop, he was a no call no show! Very unprofessional.
Kathy is the absolute best! I had a family emergency and had to cancel abruptly. She got me rescheduled very quickly and did an awesome job on my hair. Won't go anywhere else.
