I had my hair highlighted a few weeks ago with highlights and low lights. It was the most professional color job I have had in 2 years. The colors were beautiful and the girl assigned to me was supervised by the teacher, Melanie who did a great job of checking on the coloring process. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again and again.

I really enjoyed my facial appointment! The atmosphere of the area was very calming- the soft, warm blankets they provide, the low lighting, and spa music. I went to Kayla Gilmore and she took great care of my face. I liked that she didn’t assume I knew the products and instead explained each one and what they were for (my fav was the cucumber toner!) She had a light touch when applying them so I didn’t feel like my skin would be damaged or irritated from being pressed on too hard. She is a very sweet woman and I highly recommend requesting her when you book an appointment! She deserves those five stars.

The young woman who cut my hair didn’t understand “I want it to feel like I got a haircut but not look like it”. I repeated this to her and said I just wanted a trim. Over 1” of my hair was still cut off. She didn’t comb my hair and pull up for any of the layers in my hair and didn’t even comb the front together to make sure the front layers were even. I waited for an instructor to come and check her work or ask me how it was. That never happened. When she dried my hair, I asked for it to be “blown straight”. I guess that means with little product and frizzy without finishing cream or hairspray. I have never had my communication so misunderstood or ignored in a chair before. I am disappointed and guess you get what you pay for. I will not be returning or referring anyone there for a cut or trim.
