JCPenney Salon

I went to do my hair to remove the red with another color I live with the same hair color. Mi hair is very dry. I have the worst day of my life don’t go there. They are no professional the hairstyle supposed to be a master she don’t know what she was doing. I have a coupon for the salon and she say she cannot take it because she’s a master please a master and she don’t know how to remove a red. Another customer show up and she’ll leave me and take care another customer. I was there. almost 3 hours and she put color three time in my hair please a master I don’t think so. Service: Haircut

Had appointment for haircut.. Arrived early. At appointment time, was told “she is ready for you” but I didn’t see my stylist. Front desk lady pointed to another stylist and said “oh she will be cutting your hair today because stylist S is running behind.” I don’t like the disrespectful way I was treated. I want to choose my own hairstylist. My appointment selection should be honored. Service: Haircut
